Important Information regarding eCertificates

eCertificates will only be issued during regular business hours. Orders submitted outside regular Dawson Manor Spa business hours will be processed the next business day.

eCertificates will be processed up to midnight on December 24th, 2011.

Our secure OnLine ordering process offers electronic Gift Certificates too. Simply select the dollar amount you wish to give and an eCertificate will be emailed to you. It's as simple as that.

Gift Card Delivery Options:

All gift card phone, email requests and OnLine Purchases are available for same day pick up at Dawson Manor Spa or can be shipped out via standard mail. OnLine Gift Card Purchases are shipped via Canada Post. If ordering online please specify during the ordering process what shipping option you would prefer.

If you require a quicker delivery option or over night shipping, please make note when ordering and we will reply with the additional costs for Shipping. Over night shipping is via UPS.

While Dawson Manor Spa makes every effort to ensure your gift is shipped and received on time, we do not take responsibility for any delays experienced by Canada Post or UPS. Please check each services website for recommended shipping and cut off dates for the holidays.
