Please advise us upon booking of any medications, prescriptions, allergies, ailments, high blood pressure or pregnancy.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be applied towards any of our services. Packages on gift cards can be split into different visits unless otherwise stated. Please mention your gift card when booking and bring it with you the day of your service.
Arrival
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment will allow you to change and relax before your treatment. We respect your time and the time of our other guests. Late arrival will result in a loss of precious minutes, reducing your overall spa treatment time. Partial services received due to late arrival are still subject to the full service fee.
Personal Items
You will want to remove all jewellery or personal items for all treatment. Secure lockers are available.
Dressing and Disrobing
Dress casually. We provide you with a robe and slippers to wear during your visit. During your treatments you will be professionally draped at all times. If you would feel more comfortable in a bathing suit please bring one. If you are visiting us for a foot treatment consider bringing a pair of sandals to help us reduce our footprint.

To ensure a preferred time to suit your schedule we recommend setting your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.
Please note:
All treatment times are approximate and include consultation, treatment experience and home care recommendations. 24 hours notice for cancellation of services or changes to appointment times is required or a 50% charge may apply. We reserve the right to apply a full service fee for no-shows. Our Spa is a place of relaxation, peace and serenity where each guests’ experience must be considered. As such we ask that you please silence any electronic devices and refrain from bringing children into the spa during your services so that you, along with our other guests, may fully enjoy your treatments and spa experience. Please make arrangements for your children and infants prior to your visit to the spa. For safety reasons and out of consideration and the comfort of other guests we regret that children are not permitted into the waiting room or any of the treatment rooms.
