eCertificates
A few items to help ensure prompt delivery
We strive to have all eCertificates back to you within the same business day. eCertificates are emailed throughout the day and into the evening during peak gift-giving seasons. Please keep the following in mind when ordering an eCertificate:
- that we are provided with the correct email address.
- if you would like us to deliver the eCertificate directly to the recipient (and not to you), please mention that in the notes section of your order.
- if you would like a custom message please include it in the notes of the order as well (we're happy to include a few lines of text for you) :)
- that your email accepts emails from all @dawsonmanorspa.com email addresses/senders. Typically it will be sent by info@
- if you do not receive your eCertificate, please double check any spam/junk folders, and if it's not there, check to see if your email provider is delaying the order. Rogers, Yahoo and Hotmail often delay emails with attachments
- Ensure you have an app/software that can open and read a PDF file type.
