Dawson Manor Spa Gift Cards do not have an expiry date or deplete over time. When you use your gift card is the only time any dollar amount is removed from the balance.

Yes. Your Spa Credit Bonus Gift expires March 30 2024.  This gift works like a coupon during the promotional period indicated on the back of the card. After the expiry date you may use the Bonus Gift as a one time 15% price reduction on regularly priced services, excluding services provided by a Registered Massage Therapist, until July 31 2024. Extensions will not be granted on the expiration dates. We suggest you book early.  We reserve the right to void bonus gifts for last minute cancellations and no shows.

Your Gift Card or eCertificate is a purchased item, the Bonus Gift is a gift from Dawson Manor Spa that was not purchased but given out at the time of purchase. Your Bonus Gift is essentially a coupon that entitles you to a discount at the time of use. Bonus Gifts do not have any cash value.

Your Bonus Gift, essentially a coupon, can be applied towards regularly priced services totalling $100 or more (pre-tax), excluding services provided by a Registered Massage Therapist, as outlined on the back of the Bonus Gift, during the promotional period of Jan 2 - March 30 2024. Simply present your Bonus Gift at check out and the $50 discount will be applied. Cards must be fully used during your visit. Bonus Gifts must be presented and surrendered at the time of use. Electronic bonus gifts are single use and will be removed from our system when presented.

Absolutely! Even if your gift card was purchased with specific services indicated, you can change those services at any time and use the full dollar amount that was paid for at the time of purchase. You do not need to use your gift card or eCertificate during one visit and can use it over multiple visits.

Lost, misplaced or stolen bonus gifts cannot be replaced.

Yes! Each Bonus Gift must be applied to a different service. One $50 Spa Credit (coupon) per $100 (pre-tax) in services excluding services provided by an RMT. This can be done during the same visit.

Our Spa Credit Bonus Gifts are redeemable on regularly priced services only and cannot be used towards products, memberships, tips/gratuities or gift card purchases.

For the $50 Spa Credit bonus gift, you had to spend between $150 and $249.99 before taxes. For the $100 (2x$50) Spa Credit bonus gift you had to spend $250 before taxes.

Yes, in order to use any of the above, you must present it at the time of payment. We can not go back and adjust previous appointments/transactions or place transactions on hold.
